You are not satisfied with a product and would like to return your order? As a customer with a customer account, you can simply log in and add your return to the relevant order under Orders.

As a guest, you can use the form below. You will receive an e-mail with a link that you can use to create your return. You can then select the items you would like to return and finally you will receive your return acceptance by email.

As a reminder: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
